HOW THE CATALOG BECOMES ART.
Highest precision was required for this art catalog: The hardcover was made with a 5-part box book cover made of linen and was intended to enclose the thread-stitched book block with open spine like a box. In order to ensure optimum opening characteristics, the non-shirting book block was glued with dispersion by hand. The printing was realized with different special colors in FM-raster. Title and back are embossed with hot foil in two different colors. In order to meet the very high quality requirements, several samples were produced in advance and several machine proofs were made. The catalog was offered as a limited art edition of 180 copies with an exclusive art print on cotton paper in a box. In addition, the catalog was produced in a higher edition as a softcover brochure.

The Swiss brochure is as aesthetic as it is functional.
With a multi-part book cover, the catalog looks like a folder.
Thanks to a book block glued only on the reverse side, a la Swiss brochure, all double pages lie perfectly flat.
