This unusual brochure deals with Underground Zines and self-publications of the 60s and 70s. The formats collected via wire-o-binding are correspondingly different – 200 pages in total. A special challenge: after the originally selected cover material had blistered after printing, the paper was changed and worked on half the print sheet format. During press proofing, opacity tests were used to find the grammage at which the texts show through the least. 800 copies each were printed in German and English in CMYK over 100 raster on 580 grams Aspero Bright paper with 1,5 times the volume (cover) and 90 grams Lessebo Rough White paper with 1,3 times the volume (content).
