Printing brings rooms to life.

How can the spatial effect and high value of premium real estate also be brought to life in the print medium? The customer involved us in the conception from the very beginning. So we developed the brochure in a very large format and realized each double page with a finishing that makes a certain aspect of the real estate project experienceable for the viewer. Among other things, UV spot varnish was used and lenticular images were glued in (“wobble images”). The thread-stitched English brochure in A3 format consists of the papers Munken Lynx 170 und 400 g/m2 for outer and inner covers as well as Oxford Smoked 270 g/m2 for the inner part, partly with fold-out pages. It was printed in CMYK with the special color Pantone Black for special depth. The outer cover was finished with hot foil and blind embossing. Each copy was individually wrapped in tissue paper. Intensive production-related advice and several test on finishing and bookbinding ensured the exclusive quality of the brochure.
